A Certain Scientific Railgun EP21

Last episode of Railgun, Uiharu and the new girl were stuck in a violent poltergeist attack, but were saved by the chief of the Mars unit. I didn't really feel this episode as much as I probably would have liked, but this episode seemed to serve the purpose of throwing out all the pieces onto the board to get ready for the story. Kuroko begins to question the new girl and looks up her background information and believes the new girl might actually be the culprit behind the earthquakes. Because under extreme circumstances the new girl's power can succeed her normal power level.Back at Uiharu's room, Uiharu discovers the importance of the new girl's amulet and realizes its importance to her. Uiharu explains to the new girl how she will do whatever she can to help the new girl. The new girl's spirits are boasted by Uiharu, and explains how she would like to change.

The two of them go to a park and fall victim to another poltergeist attack. The two are unharmed, but a love of people in the park were injured some even critically hurt. Kuroko tries to explain to Uiharu that the new girl might be the cause of everything, but Uiharu strongly refuses to believe it.Uiharu is incredibly mad with Kuroko and ends up ignoring her. The chief of the MARs unit tries to take the the new girl and get her tested. Uiharu strongly objects, but is persuaded because it is the only way for the new girl to prove herself innocent.They wait for her test results and the new girl wakes up. The new girl doesn't remember anything, and finds her amulet is missing. Uiharu was holding onto the amulet and gives it to her and they finally discover what the amulet held, a picture of her friend.

The girl appeared in an early episode with the whole "Level Upper" arc. The new girl explains how she is a "Child Error" and the episode ends.Final Opinions: The episode in itself wasn't bad, I just kinda demand my Uiharu time. I do look forward to how the arc will expand because the arcs in this series are pretty solid, so I can only hope for good things.
