B Gata H Kei EP06

Who's in it?
Kobayashi Yuu plays Kanejou Kyouka. Here is a voice actress who has plenty of control over her voice. Kobayashi was Maria in Mariaholic and Ryouta in Today in Class 5-2. She's done a lot of other roles, but I think those two really demonstrate how much she can change her voice. Kobayashi is a very powerful voice actress and she fits the role of the rich and powerful Kanejou Kyouka.

What happened?
One year has past and Yamada is still on the mission to gain 100 shag buddies. Yamada's sister is also going to the school. Yamada is pretty jealous of her sister because she is capable of getting all the attention of the guys.

However! Her biggest threat is Kanejou Kyouka. Kanejou seems to have the racial ability of naturally sparking at all times and is mesmerizing all of the males.

Kanejou comes from a very rich family and is trained quite well. Anything Kanejou does it seems to have been some form of special talent she gained from being overseas, well according to the rest of the students at least. Yamada is incredibly jealous of her.

Yamada tries to start some shit with Kanejou to see if she can find a way to defame Kanejou. Turns out Kanejou is incredibly pissed off with Yamada and wants to destroy her in every way possible. She decides the best way to do that is to conquer Yamada's non-declared boyfriend.

Kanejou invites Yamada over to her place where she flaunts off all of her wealth, but Yamada seemed more interested in the naked idols. Kanejou confronts Yamada about her boyfriend, but Yamada couldn't admit that she doesn't have one so, she tells Kanejou to find out for herself. Basically, If Kanejou couldn't seduce Yamada's boyfriend in a month she would admit defeat.

Themes?
Well, I can't really remember the title of the story, but I can't help but feel that this is a mirror image of a story I recently read. Basically two girls, one rich one poor, both tried to seduce a man and they both ended up using the same dirty tactics and it ultimately showed how it doesn't matter if you are rich or poor; if your motives are impure you are just a fiend. ( I think I botched that, but I dun' care!)

Last remarks:
Pulsr approved. Kanejou makes me laugh. The episode wasn't the best but, I usually don't expect too much out of an episode that introduces a new character anyways.
