J.C. Staff is the animation studio for Kaicho wa Maid-sama. I'm pretty sure if you have watched anime at all you have probably seen J.C. Staff in the credits somewhere. This company has been around for quite sometime. This group has done some of my favorite oldies like Slayers and Azumango Daioh. This group is responsible for recent anime like Shakugana no Shana, Nodame Cantabile, and Hayate no Gotoku!! A powerful animation studio. J.C. Staff is pretty much like a manufacturer of reliable anime. I approve of J.C. Staff but, I don't really feel like they do anything out of the ordinary. The studio is relatively normal and stays within typical anime guidelines.
Who is in it?

What happened?
The most glorious thing about the series is how easy is it to summarize what the hell happened.

The boys in another class want to have some "love cushions" in their star gazing room but Misaki brings the ban hammer and denies that idea. Misaki is continually ignoring what the boys want and justifies her actions by recalling past events where a boy did something indecent with a girl. The boys say they won't do it again however, she just doesn't want to risk it or doesn't care
Takumi, as per usual, visits Misaki at her work and gives her a good skirt flip. Must have been glorious! Anyways, Takumi is realizing the boys are becoming very upset about the way Misaki is treating the male students; he tries to warn her but to no avail. Misaki really has a thing against guys.
As it turns out the boys were pretty damn upset with the idea of running a simple cafe and decided to change it to a cosplay cafe. Misaki sees the boys swarming girls and immediately has the boys taken from the room and tries to scold them. The boys backlash at her hard and tell her she won't even listen to what they want because of her harsh personality towards males. So, instead of helping the cafe they just leave. Misaki realizing she did a horrible thing tries to get them to come back but alas, it was all useless.
Misaki has to help the three girls running the cafe and thanks to her maid experience she does an exceedingly well job... Until she lets out a simple "Yes, Master" or "goshujin-sama" Luckily for her Takumi comes in and saves the day by making people believe the cafe is a cosplay cafe.
Final Opinions:
Well, I remember my EP01 and me not really liking the series but, for what ever reason that strangely changed. I think I just really like how Misaki isn't a little bitch and actually takes initiative. I'm really looking forward to seeing how Takumi develops as a character too. Declaring a girl to be your own personal maid is quite a bold thing to say and I wonder how he will capitalize on that.
